Helena's Sewing room is able to provide both hand and machine based sewing services. I am able to offer work carried out to the highest standards and have a keen eye for detail. I pride myself on the quality of my work and ensuring that every customer receives the best service and is completely satisfied with the finished result.

With over 15 years of experience I am able to accommodate a wealth of solutions to overcome any potential problem ensuring that all sewing work is provided as both accomplished and fully professional in its presentation.

I am located close to the town centre in Uxbridge and offer ample parking facilities.

Excellent service

I go to Helena for all of my clothes alterations and have been very happy with the work performed. Helena provides a friendly but professional service and her attention to detail is superb. She is also able to come up with great ideas for altering and improving outfits and has a naturally creative flair which sets her apart from most other tailors.

I used Helena’s services on a number of occasions. The most memorable ones were 1) altering a ski jacket I had ripped skiing in the trees – using material from the hood which I never used, Helena repaired the jacket which looked much better afterwards and I received numerous compliments; 2) making an outfit – dress and matching bolero jacket - I needed for a wedding, it looked amazing and I still wear it for special occasions.
